  • Processing time

    The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

  • Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply. Please be aware of any customs delays that may apply due to conditions in your country/region. We thank you for your patience

  • Returns & Resizes

    Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery for any returns.

    We do offer a one time ring resize service for a fee, get in touch for more details via our Contact Us page.

    Any subsequent resizes will require a new purchase.

    We don’t accept cancellations if the ring making process has already begun. However please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

    Resize service does not apply to custom makes and will require purchase of a new ring.

    We highly recommend confirming size with 2 different jewellers to avoid any disappointment. Please get in touch for sizing advice happy to help.

  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

  • Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Payment Options

    Secure payment via PayPal where multiple cards are accepted. All information is secure and we never receive or hold your credit card information.
