Decorative Whisky Oak Christmas Baubles
We are pleased to offer a range of these decorative Christmas baubles made from retired Whisky barrel oak sourced from our local cooperage in Speyside.
A lot of work goes in to the trimming and cleaning of the oak but we feel it’s worth it! We have created the designs to lovingly emulate the shapes of various Still’s from distilleries across Scotland. We also couldn’t leave out the beautiful Pagoda roof by Charles Doig and, given they’re our favourite, a Robin and a Reindeer too.
Each piece is unique due to their nature, being handmade and from an organic material. So whilst the hue and grain patterns may vary from piece to piece, what you will receive will be similar to what you see in the photo gallery.
Dimensions:
Stills & Pagoda - Due to the nature of the scale of the designs, the dimensions vary. Each are a minimum 8cm wide, between 10-12 cm high and 6mm thick.
Robin - approx 10cm x 7cm x 6mm
Reindeer - approx 5cm x 10cm x 6mm
